Day One

I am now trying to lose weight and get in better shape. I have a long term goal of losing 50-60 lbs. Today was day one. I ate a breakfast of cinnamon bread and coffee and a lunch of cowboy caviar and chocolate soy milk. I worked out for about a half hour on the Kinect Your Shape.
I'm tired. But, I like knowing I'm working out my body and it does drag me away from the computer, which is good for me.
I know it'll get easier.
