Make kitchen table centerpiece in silver and black and cobalt blue and white. Needed: vase, spray paint for vase (preferably black matte), cobalt blue, white, gray, silver scrapbook paper, Branches, floral wire (24 gauge), glue, scissors, cardboard, newspaper.
